You'll start with the basics, such as learning to balance and control your movements on snow, and progress to more advanced techniques as your skills develop.

Snow sports are an excellent way to improve your physical fitness, including strength, balance, and endurance. You'll develop critical skills like coordination and agility while enjoying the thrill of gliding down the slopes.

Above all, snow sports with Special Olympics Auckland are about having fun! Whether you're learning a new skill, racing down the slopes, or simply enjoying the stunning winter landscape, every moment is filled with excitement and joy.
