Swimming

What to expect?

When going to swimming training sessions, you can expect to spend a significant amount of time in the water working on your strokes, starts, and turns. You'll be working with a coach who will guide you through drills and provide feedback on your technique. You'll need to come prepared with the appropriate gear, such as a swimsuit, goggles, and a swim cap. You'll also need to be mentally prepared to push yourself physically, as swimming is a demanding sport that requires a high level of endurance and strength. As you progress, you may also begin to work on your race strategy and participate in timed trials to track your progress. Overall, swimming training sessions can be intense, but they are a great way to improve your skills and reach your goals in the sport.
